It is imperative for the company to carry out the cultivation of outstanding cadres and personnel management at the initial period of the second undertaking to achieve innovation and transformation. In order to speed up the pace for the company to enter into the line of world-class enterprise development, it once againlaunched the cadre management consulting project together with IBM Company. The project start-up meeting was convenedon the morning of July 18th at 3A Conference Room of Shekou. Video conference was also held from Xinqiao, Taicang and Shanghai. The senior management and all the management cadres from the four sites attended the conference.
The conference was chaired by the vice president of the company -- Long Xiaojing who briefed the participants on the composition of the Cadre Management Consulting Projectand the implementation significance. IBM General Manager Mr. Huang and the project manager introduced the necessity and the implementation planning of the consultation project at the present stage of the companyrespectively. Human Resources Manager Tang Lei and IBM Project Manager Jiang Sihuimade the solemn oath to ensure the completion of the project.
General Manager Tang Fonan andChairman Wang Dawei made the speechesat the meeting respectively. Mr. Tang noted that the cadre management consulting project was very important at the current stage, and the core of this project is manifestedin three aspects: the first is the selection of talents; the second is the assessment of talents, including accountability and incentives; the third is to clarify the position responsibilities. It is hoped that the implementation of the project can promote the company cadres to complete the performance targets of the second undertaking and more importantly, to take the perfect leadership of the team, so that our team can take up the task of sustainable development of the company.
Mr. Wang said in his speechthat the company was limited by the low-profit business model in the past and there were too many concerns in terms of the cadre management system;however, after itwas listed on the set and successfully completed the directional seasoned offering, the society would have higher demand for us. In order to realize the internationalization and modernization of the company, we must hold an open attitude towards the cadre management system. Our current collective management system is clear and definite, the teamled by the vice president as the center would be responsible forf's business and development. Secondly, the assessment of the company management shall be clarified. The company was unqualified at its current status seen from the requirements of the second undertaking. The cadres shall ideologically accept the facilitation of thesecond undertaking from the cadre management system. The cadre management shall be transformed from the people-oriented and subjective management to the system-based and objective managementand from the founder management to the collective and decision-making management by themanagement team. Thanks to this project opportunity, let us start from ourselves, unify our thinking and carry on the fighting spirit, only by acting in that way can we achieve the substantial progress.
