——CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Committee Held the Second General Election Conference
On the afternoon of May 22, CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Committee held the second general election conference in 3A conference hall of Shekou Headquarters in combination with the actual situation of party committee according to the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and Provisional Regulations on the Election of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China, nearly one hundred party members of the company attended the election conference, and the party members of Shanghai T&W and Taicang T&W branches also attended the conference.
First of all, Wang Dawei (the secretary of CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Committee and the chairman of the board of directors of the company) report to the conference about the five-year work report. Secretary Wang reviewed the work in the last five years, and then he made a generalization and summation from the following aspects: recruiting of new party member, guiding ideology of T&W party committee, party member recognition situation, specific activities, as well as the collection and use of party membership dues and etc, put forward high expectations for all party members, and hoped that all party members and the second party committee could continue to lead the company to constantly push “the Second Startup” forward .
The second session of party committee members and discipline inspection commission members (seven party committee members and three discipline inspection commission members) of CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd were elected in the conference. Then, the new session of party committee members and discipline inspection commission members elected the secretary and deputy secretary of the party committee as well as the secretary of discipline inspection commission. The chairman of the company, Wang Dawei, was re-elected as the secretary of the CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Committee, and the deputy general manager, Long Xiaojing, and the assistant general manager, Qi Jianzhong, were separately elected as the deputy secretaries of CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Committee. The assistant general manager, Qi Jianzhong, was also elected as the secretary of CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Discipline Inspection Commission, and Yang Wenjiao and Zhang Diehuang were elected as the discipline inspection commission members.
Subsequently, the newly elected secretary of the CPC Shenzhen T&W Electronics Co., Ltd Committee, Wang Dahui, made a speech on the conference. Secretary Wang firstly expressed his thanks for the trust of all party members, and said the new session of party committee would lead all party members to strive for “Second Startup” for the company. Secretary Wang said: “our guiding principle is to develop the enterprise. The task is arduous in the new period, and we are required to complete the integral relocation from Xinqiao to Pingshan, so the party members should play an exemplary role. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will be held this year, which is essential within the party, so we should pay adequate attention to learn from the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This is a great event in the political life of all party members. We should organize all party members to carry out activities at the appropriate time. Secondly, we should improve the party construction, carry out activities and standardize the framework for us by relying mainly on the company’s party committee, with the local party committees as the supplement. Each branch should carry out party member activities respectively, and the party committees should give greater fund support. We can seek assistance from the company for all party member activities. The party committee should supervise the company, especially in personnel, our party committee and all branches should supervise the leaders and employees of our company. The cadre appointment, excellent personnel selection, or otherwise should be supervised. All party members should struggle for the second startup, and bravely act as the pioneers. I'm sure the second session of party committee will certainly make greater contributions to the company development.
