Shenzhen Product Research and Development Platform Participates in Establishing National Standard of PLC Product
Through unremitting efforts, our company’s Shenzhen Product Research and Development Platform cooperated with Shenzhen Branch Center Cooperation Project Team of China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and accomplished the first expert review of Requirements and Measuring Methods for Electromagnetic Compatibility of Power Line Communication Device Installed and Used in Low Voltage Environment, which is drafted by experts of Inspection and Certification Department.
On November 28, expert review meeting was held in Central West Valley Building where Shenzhen Branch Center of CQC is located. Wu Kuiyuan who is Director of Shenzhen Product Research and Development Platform, Zhang Xukun who is primary author of standard, Jiang Huiqiu who is Director of Wireless Application Product Line and relevant research personnel, and colleagues from Inspection and Certification Department jointly took part in the expert review meeting. Han Ming who is Supervisor of Shenzhen Branch Center of CQC, Xu Ling who is Deputy General Manager of Southern China Laboratory of CQC (Assessment Expert of China National Standards Committee), Hou Tao who is Manager of CCC Certification Department of Electronic Business Unit of CCIS, representatives of the industry, expert from TP-Link, relevant leaders and experts attended the meeting, and discussed relevant technical problems, follow-up development and evolution with personnel of our company and put forward revision proposals.
As the highest level approval project of CQC in 2017, leaders and experts participating in the meeting highly affirmed and evaluated important significance of drafting, releasing and implementing the standard. After subsequent amendment and review, it is estimated that the standard will become municipal level and local technical specification/standard of Shenzhen in the third quarter of 2018 and is expected to be national standard in 2020.
At present, EMC standard of PLC product is in shortage at home, which causes great inconvenience to enterprise and customers. Release of this standard will solve the problem that this product has no access to Chinese market and there is no standard available for market surveillance, and pave the road for domestic sales, application and prosperous development of PLC. As drafting unit, our company cooperated with CQC, which highlights technical strength of our company in the term of this product, achieves a zero breakthrough that our company participates in drafting industry and national product technical standard, and has great significance in enhancing prestige of the company and shaping good image of enterprise brand.
