According to the design requirements, No. 301Cadre Dormitoryincludes 11 floors and its construction area is 12,241.37 square meters with a total investment of more than 25 million yuan. There are 21 single rooms, 104 double rooms and 53 rooms for three and it is planned to complete the main project construction by December 31, 2017. After the completion of No. 301Cadre Dormitory project, it will be the tallest building in Taicang factory and can hold 288 cadres. The company has entered a diversified development and various new businesses have advanced together. The commencement of No. 301Cadre Dormitory will provide a solid logistical support for newly introduced talents and will further improve the accommodation environment of Taicang factory staff.
