On March 18, 2017, the 2017 annual planning conference of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co., Ltd.was grandly held in the main hall of Shenzhen Fenghua Grand Theatre, and it was the first time that the conference was held through video, linking the halls of Shenzhen, Taicang, Shanghai, Taiwan and Dalian. Leading cadres at all levels of the group attended the conference.
The conference defined the 2017 annual business objectives, decomposed specific tasks, formally appointed leading cadres of the company and mobilized all cadres and staff to implement the plan thoroughly so as to actively join in the great plan of second venture. At the conference, deputy managers of the company respectively made thematic planning statement of the main business on behalf of the company and set up specific business objectives for each system. Later, representatives of the company’s “new third front”, “old third front” and “innovative third front”operating units respectively made a speech to introduce their future development plan. At the conference, General Manager Tang Fonan of the company set the target for 2017: the subcontracting business turnover of main communications products must have a larger increase than that in 2016 and the increase rate shall not be less than 15% while the net profit rate shall not be less than 5%. At the same time he defined the general target and direction of second venture and interpreted the layout adjustment of the company.
Wang Dawei, the chairman of the company, affirmed the validity of the general layout, overall target and direction of the company’s second venture in the concluding remarks and put forward that in order to be successful in second venture, we must have a clear plan at first, followed by strict system and implementation and finally there should be full efforts. He also specially put forward that the continuation, inheritance and development of corporate culture was an important force to unite the whole company. With the development of the company and the growth of a new generation of leaders, Chairman Wang hoped that the company could continue to implement and deepen the corporate culture influence so as to boost the great success of the second venture once again.
