Taicang T&W Electronics Phase II main workshop and warehouse engineering civil projects were constructed since January 8 this year, Taicang Basic Construction and relevant departments cooperate closely and all construction parties organize construction delicately under the high attention and constant guidance of Chairman Wang Dawei, the warehouse project taking up 22,000 square meters was capped on the whole and the first floor with storage condition was delivered for use on May 30. At present, the warehouse main body passed the acceptance of governmental departments on July 3 formally, and it has entered into the whitewashing and decoration stage and will be completed fully and delivered for use at the end of October 2013 according to the plan.
The building area of the main workshop project covers 65,000 square meters, and the concrete structure construction of the main body in the second floor had been completed at the end of June. At present, the third floor is being constructed, the main structure is planned to be capped at the end of August or in the beginning of September and the whole project will be completed fully and delivered to Manufacturing Center for equipment installation at the end of October 2014.
It’s reported that the design of model houses for the nine-building dormitory building has been completed preliminarily, and the design of Phase projects including gym and activity center has been developed.
