From 15th to 24th July, T&W Training Academy held the 15th Orange Newcomers Training Camp of Gongjin Electronics for 2023 in Taicang T&W, and 84 orange newcomers from subsidiaries and headquarter management institutions participated in the training. This year's "Orange Newcomers Training Camp" training was divided into five modules and lasted for 10 days, aiming to help orange newcomers understand and integrate into the company, change their roles, make professional shape, and complete the transition from campus to the workplace. At the same time, the orange newcomers were allowed to go to the workshop to understand the intelligent manufacturing and connect it with the future work to promote job competence and innovation.
