On the occasion of Double Ninth Festival, Taicang General Manager Office organized 230 staff of the company to visit Tianmu Mountain with the reputation of “hearing the world on canopy of a huge tree” in Lin’an County, Zhejiang Province, and developed the activity of 2013 Inspiring Zhejiang Tianmu Mountain Journey of Taicang T&W Electronics Staff between October 11 and 12. As one of the three trainings for new T&W employees, it was the first time for employees to climb mountain since the operation of Taicang T&W Electronics.
On the morning of October 11, six buses set out from the factory, drove 290 kilometers and arrived at the foot of Lin’an Tianmu Mountain in Zhejiang Province. After the formation and group photo, the staff began to climb the mountain at 11 o’clock. Tianmu Mountain had superb panorama of ridges and dense ancient trees with an elevation of 1,506 meters and the mountain climbing became difficult because of fantastic rocks and steep mountain path. There were six signature points in the whole process, the staff competed for climbing along the route and they supported each other by hand. The team overcame many difficulties and insisted in finishing the entire route. The staff returned at about 4 p.m., and they achieved two 100% objectives of the mountain climbing: i.e. 100% safety and 100% climbing to the summit.
On Mountain Climbing Activity Summary & Commendation Conference, the factory director Zhang Guoji said that this mountain climbing exercised our struggle willing and melt teams actively; it used entire team strength as measurement standard, and emphasized display of personal charm and competition awareness as well as mutual help and teamwork. It’s believed that Taicang staff will make efforts to realize the objectives of the company in the second half year with the struggle sprit and teamwork awareness.
The semi-day activity visiting Hangzhou West Lake and Wushan square was arranged for the staff and they appreciated beautiful Wushan view and tasted West Lake charm respectively on the next day.
