——The First 2014 New Personnel Outdoor Development Training Was Conducted Actively
On May 24, 135 new T&W personnel participated in the First 2014 New Personnel Outdoor Development Training which was held on Rose Garden Coast in such a sunny day. Development items included ice breakers, activity team construction and team culture display. High sky items can challenge their courage and teach them how to conquer themselves; seven-piece puzzle communication can let them learn to share resources, strengthen responsibility awareness, communicate effectively and bring them limitless experience space. The last item was thanksgiving graduation wall, all the members crossed over a 4.2-meter high wall without any props, and they overcame difficulties with unimaginable team strength. They felt greatness of team and enjoyed its pleasure really.
In the item of graduation wall, they were touched and cried for brothers who were willing to be a human wall and hold others. The completion time of graduation wall lasted 15 minutes and 49 seconds, which was a nice grade.
The development training was completed at 6:00 p.m. on time, and the members got baptized in the development, knew team cooperation more clearly, and expected to keep strength of new personnel in future works and complete various tasks successfully.
