On the afternoon of April 2nd, the employee representative conference of Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co., Ltd. (group level) was successfully held in the report hall on the second floor of Building 4 in Pingshan. Long Xiaojing, the deputy general manager of the company, attended the meeting. Long Xiaojing delivered a report on the 2024 group-level workers' congress with the theme of "uniting the power of representatives and promoting the reform process". The Organizational Development Department's Qi Cai Xia explained the revised sections of the "Gongjin Electronics Employee Handbook", the "Employee Handbook" for employees at level 5 and below, as well as the "Regulations on the Management of Employee Violations and Discipline", and the "Supplementary Management Regulations on Production Employee Labor Contracts". Yang Chaoyi from the Quality Management Center of Pingshan Factory explained the revised sections of the "Detailed Rules for the Assessment of Quality Behavior of Level 4 (Professional) and Above Employees" and the "Detailed Rules for the Assessment of Quality Behavior of Level 5 (Junior) and Below Employees". After a show of hands, all the participating employee representatives voted on the two "Employee Handbooks" and "Regulations on the Management of Employee Violations and Discipline" and other documents one by one.

At the third session of the second employee representative meeting of Gongjin Electronics Shenzhen, He Weidi, vice chairman of the Shenzhen Labor Union, explained the revised parts of the "Regulations on the Management of Employee Mutual Aid Funds in 2024" and "Regulations on the Management of Employee Mutual Aid Funds in 2024". Ren Yongqiang, chairman of the labor union, made a report on the work of the labor union and the "Operation of Mutual Aid Funds in 2022".
